Problems with eggs

In one of his videos dr. Berg said that:
Raw eggs will decrease the protein utilization and block your biotin absorption witch is something your body needs for healthy hair and nails. Overcooked yolk oxidized cholesterol and form compound called oxysterols which create clogging of the arteries.
Does this mean I’m about to clog my arteries because I eat eggs every day and always overcooking (frying) the yolk?

Why are you listening to a chiropractor about eggs? You’ve now posted multiple questions about what untrained people post on social media and I am having a hard time understanding why…

I would avoid these people.

I’m not exactly listening to him but more than two million people are
Maybe they are untrained people but they make great impact on social media
I’m trying to understand why is this… and maybe you can learn a thing or two from them on how to present better on social media
Or maybe people want to believe more in sweet lie rather then bitter truth
I can’t confront them(I’m not a doctor) but maybe you can because evil(untrained people) prevails when good men(you) do nothing
Just to be clear, you are my main source of knowledge ( training, nutrition, supplements etc.) and I point to your website every young person who came in our gym and want to learn something
Keep up the good work… and then some

I mean Chiropractors do know how to crack things…

Sure, but what would you like me to do about their social media following here on our forum?

When you ask me about what someone who is clearly spewing nonsense you’re giving them an additional platform. I would advise against this.

You’re asking why people believe things that seem logical when they’re not steeped in the subject matter themselves and therefore cannot see all the holes in that logic? I don’t know if there’s one reason we humans do this, but I would bet it has a lot to do with wanting to explain things to ourselves.

Are you saying I don’t present things well on social media?

Why would you or I confront them? It’s a waste of time. There are other people who are ready/willing to learn and we’ll work with them before wasting time arguing on YouTube with a quack.

You know what they say: boiled eggs in the morning are hard to beat. And everybody knows that eating them raw is ineggstricably linked to lifting weights, don’t be such a chicken! Okay fine, just this once omeletting it slide.
