Correct shoulder imbalance in squat

Hi team,

I noticed that the bar droops on my left side during squats. Are there any exercises i can do to correct this?

For context I sprained my left SI joint over 5 years ago. I have no doubt that this contributed to some asymmetrical development. Also, probably related, I tend to favor my right leg as fatigue sets in.

Please let me know if any more information or video angles are necessary.

I don’t think you need corrective exercises per se’, but I would make sure the bar is centered on your back (get someone to watch) and raise the bar on your L side. It’s just a little crooked. Additionally, I’d advise against “lifting the elbows” during the squat, but rather keep them down into your sides.
