I currently have a low back injury so I squat low weights at the moment. An old fault I have was unracking the bar crooked, so with one side higher than the other side. Lots of times it got better during a set. But this is propably not good and makes my singles weaker. I have also been thinking if this could have been a factor in the lower back injury on my left side, also I have injured my left shoulder in the past.
Anyway I filmed light sides and they have this problem too. Picture from the back attached to this post. What can I do to solve this and how big is this problem? I also tried a wederom grip and high bar squat but in all video’s I made I saw the bar tilting to one side. Thanks in advance.
