Hey guys. I purchased your strength 1 template and had a few questions I was looking for some clarity on.
1 the template shows a fourth day that is blank. Is this a generic template you use on all your programs or is it meant to be a fourth custom lifting day?
Overload lifts- my gym has bands so I want to use them for the time being but I am trying to build my own home gym. My question is what size bands do you recommend and what types of chains do you recommend for someone starting out on a budget?
Jordan thank you for the response. I just completed week 1 and love it so far. My gym has chains and I used them but found them troublesome for the Deadlift. I plan on lifting at home and will be investing in the mini bands. Thanks again.
I’m also starting Strength I - would you recommend any of the other bands in addition to the mini red band or is that one ideal for all of the overload lifts regardless of weight?
