Couple questions on strength 1

Hey guys. I purchased your strength 1 template and had a few questions I was looking for some clarity on.

1 the template shows a fourth day that is blank. Is this a generic template you use on all your programs or is it meant to be a fourth custom lifting day?

  1. Overload lifts- my gym has bands so I want to use them for the time being but I am trying to build my own home gym. My question is what size bands do you recommend and what types of chains do you recommend for someone starting out on a budget?

  1. There is no 4th day on Strength I. We do use the same template skeleton for many of our templates, some of which have 4 days programmed.

Jordan thank you for the response. I just completed week 1 and love it so far. My gym has chains and I used them but found them troublesome for the Deadlift. I plan on lifting at home and will be investing in the mini bands. Thanks again.

I’m also starting Strength I - would you recommend any of the other bands in addition to the mini red band or is that one ideal for all of the overload lifts regardless of weight?

You should be fine with the red bands.
