Creapure vs Creatine Monohydrate

Hi Jordan,

I’ve been supplementing with Creapure for a few years now - it’s only marginally more expensive than standard creatine monohydrate and so doesn’t break the bank too much.

But, out of curiosity and ignoring cost, I was wondering if there is any evidence to suggest that Creapure offers any greater benefits than normal Creatine Monohydrate supplementation? (Whether that be in relation to training outcomes, or even general wellbeing such as cognitive functioning).

Apologies if you’ve already adressed this question elsewhere, I couldn’t find anything.

No evidence at all suggesting it’s more effective, has less side effects, etc. It’s the same, just more expensive.
