I’m looking for any suggestions on a decent Creatine supplement. I know peri rx has it in it, but I can’t afford to take it before and after workouts with it being $50 a container. Do any of you recommend a cheaper alternative?
Anything pure creatine monohydrate. Any other form is not worth it. If in UK/Europe MyProtein or Bulk Powders our Protein Works is fine. In the US I guess something like True Nutrition.

Not sure how it is elsewhere, but in Brazil I look for the cheapest brands from the creapure manufacturer.

I buy the body tech brand at vitamin shoppe. Nothing but pure creatine mono you can get a big ass tub of it for like 20 bucks

Dymatize is cheap on Amazon and generally high quality. I get their 10 lbs bags of whey too. Highly recommend

I get the 2.2 lb tubs of Optimum Nutrition monohydrate from amazon for like 40 bucks. They have 380 5g servings so they last an entire year.
It’s also creapure (if that matters to anyone…)
Anything that’s certified creapure would be fine

I bought the ON creatine a while back on amazon. Seems like a decent deal from an OK company.
