Hey! Hope all is well! I’m sure y’all have gotten this question but couldn’t find it. I’ve always forgotten to take creatine on my off days so just gave up on doing it all together. If I just take creatine on my training days (4 days a week), will I likely see a similar effect to if I were to take it every day? Or is it worth trying to build the habit and take every day?
sometimes it’s just easier to down it before a workout haha
