Creatine for health

I’m doing the General Strength & Conditioning II, and my only training goal is a good health.

Does it make sense to take 3-5 grams of creatine every day?

If so, what time of day should I take it?

I think creatine supplementation is reasonabl at a dose of 5g/d. It doesn’t matter what time of day you take it.
