After doing bridge thought about having a go at my own program using the bridge as a guide would just like to see what you guys think thanks in advance
Hey Cole, I think one thing that Jordan is pointing out is that there is no stated intensity for the given set/rep schemes. We don’t know if you mean 4 sets of 7 @0 or maybe you mean 4 sets of 7 @9. Volume is quite important but it doesn’t really tell us much without an accompanying intensity.
I was literally just copying the bridge just changed some of the exercises have done the bridge and made good progress now just fancied trying my own program as I find I like linear Periodization as it’s pretty simply as I used to just add weight to all lifts each session then if I hit a RPE 10 I would set the weight back by 10-15kg then try and progress past then if I hit the same weight and felt it was a RPE 10 I would change the exercise for a new variation of that lift for example: if I was deadlifting but felt the issue was at the bottom I would change it to a deficit deadlift for 4-8 weeks and progress that lift each week for 4-8 weeks then change the variation back to deadlift.
