Cutting out Caffeine

Hello,

Is it worth it cutting out caffeine if I’ve had issues with anxiety? Am I missing out on any training adaptations or anything by not taking any caffeine before workouts?

I do not think that caffeine and anxiety are closely related outside of some individuals getting short-term feelings of anxiety with caffeine overdoses. While I don’t think you’re missing anything training-wise by not taking caffeine, I also think you should seek professional treatment for anxiety rather than self-manage.
