Cutting Template

Good Afternoon,

Hypertrophy or Bodybuilding template? I really enjoy the strength basis templates but I find it hard to cut while doing these. Which of the two prementioned templates would be mostly ideal for a cutting phase while maintaining strength in the barbell exercises? My plan is to interject these this winter with the powerlifting and strength templates if I start to get a little too “fluffy” :smile:

Probably powerbuilding given that you are concerned about your strength in the barbell exercises. If it were me, I’d do the bodybuilding template and take a break from the barbell exercises you’ve been training for a while. You can always come back to them :slight_smile:
