Optimal Template style for cutting?

Which template styles (eg. hypertrophy/strength focused) would be best suited to run during a cutting phase?

  • My main goal being 1RM strength in squat, bench, deadlift, OHP
  • i have had 1 year of training with around 5 months of that being at home workouts due to COVID.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven’t been training that much recently, I’d do our Beginner Template from phase II. If you have been training consistently, I’d do one of our strength templates or powerbuilding templates.
