Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking about adjusting my diet, and was wondering how other people handle their intake everyday. I keep my macros the same every single day, and maybe this has contributed to why I’ve stayed heavier than I want to be.What do you guys do?
thanks!

I’m attending University, so nutrition
is given to me, but what I do is have 3 square meals a day (protein, carb source, veg/fruit) and then have chocolate milk that I titrate for the desired outcome (weight gain/loss).
This method allows me to be very precise and compliant.
Some people don’t want to eat nearly the same thing every day, but I’m fine with it. To each their own.
Same here… 2 differing real meals per day and 2 compliance (lazy-) meals consisting of fruits and low-fat cottage-cheese/milk. Calories are controlled by eating more or less fruits/desserts.
If it’s just that you’re heavier than you like, then remember that weight loss is all down to calories - if you lower your calories, but keep macro % the same then you will still lose weight, providing you are burning more calories than you’re consuming.
