Deadlift (reset vs keeping braced)

I’ve always deadlifted keeping braced after my first rep without a reset in the bottom. I do pause it momentarily at the bottom and don’t bounce the weight before doing the next rep. My goals are to get stronger and larger muscles. With that being said what are the advantages of the reset? Will the ceiling of someone’s strength become higher with the reset or will they just be better at singles? Are there certain advantages to keeping continuous tension? Thanks.

I’m not sure that I fully understand your strategy vs the alternative, but I don’t think there will be a significant and reliable difference between training outcomes.
