Hello. I was recommended to Barbell Medicine and to log my training here by a friend. I have been stalking the forum for some time and decided to join the fun and make an account and log my lifts ![]()
Im an underweight 18 year old female with only about 6 months of resistance training history. Most of which was unstructured and not all barbells. In high school I did long distance running and was pretty good at it but I want to take a shot at weight lifting since I’m not doing any track and field for college. Im guilty of thinking my boobs will shrink if I touch weights but im already so tiny theres not much to lose anyways haha

18yo, 158cm / 5’2, 52ish kg / 115lbs, 29" waist …I think…the number can change alot depending where I measure, its 29 around hip bone but 26-27 at the narrowest part. , about 21% body fat.
