Dear Diary ...

Hello. I was recommended to Barbell Medicine and to log my training here by a friend. I have been stalking the forum for some time and decided to join the fun and make an account and log my lifts :slight_smile:

Im an underweight 18 year old female with only about 6 months of resistance training history. Most of which was unstructured and not all barbells. In high school I did long distance running and was pretty good at it but I want to take a shot at weight lifting since I’m not doing any track and field for college. Im guilty of thinking my boobs will shrink if I touch weights but im already so tiny theres not much to lose anyways haha :hushed::p:face_with_spiral_eyes: I will try some BBM programming! This might sort of become a diary at times so I hope you don’t mind reading :stuck_out_tongue:

Some of you make such fancy logs but im too lazy for that …

Ill put some stats here to start so i can look back and remember and see if theres changes…
18yo, 158cm / 5’2, 52ish kg / 115lbs, 29" waist …I think…the number can change alot depending where I measure, its 29 around hip bone but 26-27 at the narrowest part. , about 21% body fat.

didnt take long for me to lose focus, huh? :stuck_out_tongue: i have been training this whole time just not logging anything … i got thru the first 4 weeks of the Beginner Prescription and now repeating week 4 until I dont make progress or get bored, whichever comes first ha ha.

i have been enjoying the program and barbell training so far. I feel alot more comfortable with deadlifts and squats and its not as intimidating now. its all just lifting weights, right? :smile:
