Hello. I was recommended to Barbell Medicine and to log my training here by a friend. I have been stalking the forum for some time and decided to join the fun and make an account and log my lifts
Im an underweight 18 year old female with only about 6 months of resistance training history. Most of which was unstructured and not all barbells. In high school I did long distance running and was pretty good at it but I want to take a shot at weight lifting since I’m not doing any track and field for college. Im guilty of thinking my boobs will shrink if I touch weights but im already so tiny theres not much to lose anyways haha :p:face_with_spiral_eyes: I will try some BBM programming! This might sort of become a diary at times so I hope you don’t mind reading

18yo, 158cm / 5’2, 52ish kg / 115lbs, 29" waist …I think…the number can change alot depending where I measure, its 29 around hip bone but 26-27 at the narrowest part. , about 21% body fat.
