Do I need > 3000 calories/day?

157lbs
5’8"
15% body fat (body comp scale)
104 minute half marathon (otherwise untrained)

56 yo tired of losing chicks to big strong guys. I’m at the end of third week of Dr Sully’s well-executed novice progression (masters). (145 squat, 70 press, 205 dead lift). Really enjoying training and I STOPPED RUNNING. Increased calories from 2000 (pre weight training) up to 2800-3000 now. 200g protein. “Feeling” stronger but not gaining an ounce. Need I eat more?

If you are not gaining weight then you are, by definition, not eating in a calorie surplus and subsequently you need to increase calories. I would increase your calories, yes.
