Do you track low calorie foods?

When tracking calories, do you guys log really low calorie food, like lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms etc?

Or do you only track big hitters like meats, carbs like potatoes, rice, pasta etc, and fat?

For me, because I tend to overeat and gain weight very easily if I am not tracking my calories, I tend to track everything as precise as possible. This can be tedious at times, but for the most part I am a routine eater so most of what I log is the same or similar to the day before. I think it’s a personal preference, some don’t have to log at all, unfortunately for myself this is not the case. Cronometer is my logging app of choice.
