Hey docs,
I believe what sets barbell medicine apart from other company’s or organizations is the strength of knowledge in both exercise/training and medicine. I know from a previous seminar Q&A that you guys believe that physicians should be more informed on proper training and exercise protocol. With that being said, do you think it is irresponsible or (struggling to find the right word to describe it) for a physician or any other doctor that matter to not follow physical activity guidelines and or BMI/waist circumference recommendations?
sorry if that is a bit wordy, thanks ahead of time!
