Last I saw there was this thread where Dr. Baraki said he was skeptical and indicated a possibility of a nocebo effect in action. I was curious if BBM has since learned anything new or had a change in opinion on long covid. To be clear I am also skeptical of how widespread it is, but nearly everyone I speak to now claims to have some kind of long term symptoms from their bout(s) with covid 19.
I don’t have an updated opinion here. I think I would stand by that prior reply, with the caveat that I do not claim expertise in the current literature on this topic.
