Bought your beginner template recently and I have finally begun using it as my power rack has just arrived.
I’m still on phase 1, could I add some Romanian Deadlifts to my deadlift days, or should I do them on gpp days, or not do them at all? (I know they appear in phase 2). Reason I wanna do them is bascally ego-driven, want to grow and gain strength on the inner and back part of my thighs.
Also, I see that on phases 2 and 3 I will do conventional deadlifts less often (as I plan on following the suggested exercises rather than changing them at this point), will this hinder my deadlift gainz too much or am I just being over paranoid since I’m still a beginner and it won’t make a difference in the long run?
