Hi, my E1rms for squats and press are always higher based off 1 rep sets compared to 6 rep sets. Do you think this could be a misjudgment of RPE on the 6 rep sets or just that I am stronger at 1 rep sets rather than 6?
Normally my single and back off sets match in E1RM, but I wouldn’t sweet it too much, I would use the number you get after doing the single because it will be more accurate to a true E1RM.
