EAA Supplementation

What are your thoughts on an EAA products that contains an adequate dose of BCAAs (3g+ of Leucine) wtih a good dose of EAAs? Taken pre-workout and or intra-workout when training on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

I know the most superior/optimal option is whey, but sometimes a “refreshing” flavored drink sounds a lot better than a whey shake. haha

I don’t recommend training on an empty stomach, eating intra workout, and would prefer whey in a pre workout meal, but if you prefer this I wouldn’t give you a hard time about it either.
