EAA's

Hello BBM,
Thanks for this forum and all the prompt advice via this channel. Its truly been of immense help. (Especially given that the medical field in my home country is very backward).

So here’s my question,

Been unable to keep down food or take whey protein due to a tummy bug I’ve had for like 2 days. So just been having plain pasta and white rice etc.

Would it be of any value to take a essential amino acid or a bcaa supplement.?

For 1-2 days? Meh, probably doesn’t matter. Longer than that, sure. I’d pick EAA’s though.

Yep going on day 3, but symptoms are on the decline. Thanks for the response.
