Elbow and wrist pain

Discomfort in the base of the wrist, seem to start at the joint where Ulna meets one of the palm bones, straight below little finger. It starts at the base of the wrist and pain all the way to elbow join in the inner side (not the outer side).

This is the line on which the weight sits on when I bench. And It is causing me not able to bench,

I think squats aggravate it. Rowing also seem to aggravate it

I tried reverse grip and eccentric bench and seem to get better at the end of the week and when I start Monday squat and bench it starts again

Should I stick to High Bar and only slow tempo bench?

Should I stop rowing movements?

Bumping the thread

Still painful. Don’t anybody respond in this forum any more?

Hi,

Have you read this article yet? Pain in Training: What To Do?

I think high bar squatting, tempo bench, and potentially some tempo rowing sound like a good starting point (as discussed in the article).

Thanks Austin. I have been doing tempo bench and high bar squatting
Will add tempo rowing as well

It has just been an annoying couple weeks.

I had knee issues, back back tweak, shoulder tweak etc that I could easily overcome whatever I have learned from you, but this elbow thing is not very painful but really annoying and don’t seem to get better or worse
