Hey guys.
Had my (kind of) annual blood work recently and everything was ship shape apart from slightly elevated LDL 3.4 - (< 3.1) , same as last year and and an ALT score of 41 (< 40) which was something new. If I recall, there was an article floating around earlier in the year regarding how exercise can have a bearing on this. The previous night my workout would rate about a RPE 7 if you will as sleep / recovery has been a bit rough of late.
Just curious if you think that (training) would shift the needle to that degree.
I’m 53, sup only with creatine, healthy weight range and all that and not on meds for anything. Low fat diet, probably, five or six beers a week. Ok, definitely.
Plus Urea was also running at 9.4 (3.2 - 8.2), tho the doc seemed to think a higher protein diet could be the culprit here.
Cheers.
