Exercise induced weight gain?

Hey Docs, quick question… any merit to this article ? I Just Started Exercising — Why Am I Gaining Weight? I’ve been searching around and trying to educate my self on it. Heavier body weight in the days post workout due to inflammation, and water being stored inside micro-tears of the muscle . I would love to hear your input on this subject please.

Probably not a significant effect, and even if it was, this would be mitigated in trained individuals via the repeated bout effect.
