Last week I decided to do a mock PL meet in mid December with a friend. I’m already on week 5 of the 12 week strength programme and have one session of the development block to go.
How would you extend the program by another 5 weeks so that I peak for the “meet”?
I was thinking of just adding in another development block after the low stress week, rather than peaking for no reason at week 12. Would that work? Or would you just do the program as written and follow it up with something else?
