Extreme? Weight loss?

Hello, I have been weighing about 208-212lbs over the period of 5 months now. Usually training 4 days a week and eating around 3800-4000 kcal a day.

I recently got the flu and haven’t worked out since.About 2 weeks now give or take a day.

I stopped counting cals while I was sick and definitely under ate quite a bit, but I’m finding it hard to believe in 2 and a half weeks that I now weigh 194lbs. I weigh myself in the am. Is it possible I have been on a massive deficit. I definitely lost my appetite while I was sick, but I didn’t realize I lost so much weight.

I mean, how many calories a day would I have to eat to lose 15 to 20 lbs in 3 weeks

This is probably mostly water with a little bit of fat and muscle. I wouldn’t worry about it now that you’re feeling better :slight_smile:
