Feedback for Squat and Deadlift

Camera angle isn’t the best for the deadlift, but I think you should narrow your stance just a little bit and try to set your starting position for the pull faster, as you are spending quite a lot of time during the set up and between reps.

You should stand up completely every time you ascend from the squat.
