I have developed a hard bump above the first knuckle on my right index finger over the past few months. Above the bump, going into the nail, is a small smooth oval indentation (badly outlined in red). There’s no pain or weakness at the moment.
Should I just monitor this? Or is it the type of thing that should be looked at now?
