So an observation I’ve made on myself (n=1)
I eat every morning 4 eggs, 1 piece of bacon, 2 pieces of sourdough toast, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 2 cups of blueberries.
if I eat my oatmeal with berries first I am not “stuffed” by the time I finish the rest of my food but if I eat ky other food first I’m full by the first bite of the oatmeal. Is there an explanation for this? It’s not like it matters the total intake is the same just wanted to see if there was any actual explanation for this.
