Hi BBM Team,
1.) If I’m currently at a healthy body composition, is there any reason for me to put a cap on my fruit intake? Typically, I eat about 4 bananas and about a cup or two of both blueberries and raspberries every day. Is there any harm in me increasing how much fruit I eat?
2.) There are plenty of people online preaching that fruit is inflammatory, causes fat gain, and to be cautious of fruit’s fructose content. Is there any truth to this? If not, how would I refute these points?
