Lets assume that you have to choose one fruit to eat

Hello Jordan,
Lets assume that you have to choose just one fruit to eat for rest of your life. Do you think the rate of having more sugar content in a fruit has any role effecting your decision or it would be based on solely your preference.

In this particular question, I would exclude banana since I am biased towards less sugar is healthier. What would your decision be and why

Thank you.

Not at all, as “less sugar” of the non-added variety, e.g. those found in fruit, has no influence on any health outcome.

Fortunately, you don’t have to eat one fruit for the rest of your life or even eat bananas…though the sugar content in them shouldn’t be the reason.
