Hi there
I would like to ask some question regarding nutrition.
(Sorry for any flaws , English is not my first language.)
1.) My first thing is not really a question, sine i can remember i did not eat any vegetables or fruits ( there are some exceptions like, i can eat the banana, but that the only fruit really, and i can eat some vegetables, but very few of them) I have some kind of brain damage or something so i cant eat them, if i try to i just throw up. I wonder how much is this a problem? I did not observe any unusual health thin with myself yet. And maybe you have some recommendation what can i do about this?
2.) My second problem is that i can eat enough protein most of the days( 6 '2 , 210 lbs) i don’t know how i can eat more of it, my breakfast and lunch and dinner are fine, enough proteins, carb etc. But between these meals i just don’t know what should i eat, i use whey protein too, but i need to drink like 3x a day to get enough protein. Most of the day i consume like 200g protein, but i read here i should consume more.
Can u recommend me some easy and cheap food or something to help me? (I’m a university student, and i’m working in my free time so i don’t have much money for expensive foods and etc).
