On the eccentric phase of the deadlift, the barbell hits my knees and has to roll over them to get back to the ground. Not sure what to change in order to fix this.
Any help would be fantastic, i don’t have any videos so i know it can be hard to tell what the exact problem is.
BTW - Just finished your HLM template and improved 20kg deadlift, 13kg squat and 9kg Bench press!
