why did you program the bodybuilding template with only 1x training per muscle group per week? What is the optimal frequency for hyptertrophy? This wasnt adressed in the pdf, afaik.

Because frequency appears not to matter much with respect to hypertrophy outcomes until the volume per training session for a muscle group is very high, e.g. > 10-15 sets (or more).
As an add on to this: why does the bodybuilding template differ to most of your other templates in this respect?
