Fruits vs vegetables

Hi Jordan

I note you recommend 4+ servings each of fruits and vegetables per day.

Does it matter how many servings of each you have as long as you’re getting about 8 servings in total per day?

For example, if someone prefers vegetables, would there be disadvantages to having 6 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit, or vice versa?

Provided total calorie intake is appropriate, I don’t think this matters.
