Full grain rice vs white rice

I always read contradicting opinons about full grain (is that brown rice in the US?) and white rice going as far as saying that full grain rice is unhealthy.
Yet just by reading the label the full grain rice is higher in fibre, higher in protein, higher in carbs etc. is the “full grain rice bad” thing just another claim by influencers to have another toppic to talk about?

I think if you’re reading something from influencers with no track record of evidence-based practice or scientific communication, you should ignore them.

I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking, but both brown and white rice can be part of health promoting dietary patterns.
