Yep, it’s something I’m working on little by little. I want to release that, another time crunch template, Gen. S/C II, and the youth template within the next few months.

My kids, 12 and 14, are interested in starting some strength training. I’ve been training myself for 4+ years using a number of BBM templates over the years and Group Programming. I searched “youth” and “kids” here in the forums and came upon this thread. Is there still a plan to release a youth template at some point?
In the meantime, I re-read the 5-part series on Resistance Training for Youth and found sample program and guidance at the end of Part V. I was thinking of starting there and then transitioning to the Beginner Template not long after that. Any other recommendations at this point? It’s probably more about just getting them started and interested rather than overthinking the programming.
