Gain more weight or intermediate?

Hello. My name is Konstantinos, i am 42 years old. I am in the SSLP for 9 weeks, following the program from book The Barbell Prescription. I began at bodyweight 85kg, height 173cm, squats 90kg, dl 130kg. Now my bodyweight is 90kg, squats 145kg, d.l. 180kg, press 50kg, bench 70kg, all for 5reps. Last week i switched to “advanced novice”, with a light day squat, and back off sets for the squats. I have already reseted all the lifts except the deadlift, and in the last session i missed reps for the squats (147.5kgx3 reps).Is it necesary for me to gain more weight for progress or change to intermediate programming will be a wiser choise? I eat about 2500 cal daily, 250 protein, 70-100 fat and 200-250 carbo. I also recently did a blood test, everything normal, my testo 6,45 ng/mL (reference range 2.30-8.30 ng/mL).
