I’ve found that if I choose each ingredient in GainzZz Rx from the cheapest supplier I can find and buy the biggest bag of each I can get the equivalent of 30 servings of GainzZz Rx for a price that is much more attractive to me than converting the currency and paying international shipping. Of course it would cost several times that up front but I would be good for several months.
My question is if you had the flexibility of dosing each ingredient separately are there some that would be best doubled up pre-workout instead of after or vice-reversa? Or some that you would recommend to take a maintenance dose of each day in addition to or instead of the peri-workout dosing?
