In order to get the most out of gainzz rx what ingredients besides the creatine mono should be taken every day?
To get the MOST out of GainzZz Rx, you just take the product everyday.
Agreed, but for cost effectiveness thinking of taking gains pre/post and creatine off days wondering if there anything else that needs to be taken daily such as creatine?
Beta alanine would be the main thing there.
Similar sitch. Currently take Creatine and 2250 mg of beta alanine on off days. do you recommend a higher does of the beta alanine?
I remember that once the beta alanine has peaked your carnosine levels, they go back down slowly upon cessation of supplementation (1% per week if I recall correctly). Is there any data that once you’ve taken it for a while and presumably reached these levels, you can maintain at a lower dosage? I.E. only taking with GainzZz pre/post.
It’d be nice to ditch that one extra tub.
