Thanks for answering my IG live question about supplementing on off days. I already mix my creatine dose with my morning whey shake, but I’m curious on how to best approach the Beta-Alanine.
Do I need the same size dose as 2 scoops of peri-rx on off days?
Do I need to split up the total dose or can I take it all at once?
My bag came with a 2g scoop and the directions say 2g, 3x per day. I’m assuming the multiple small dose method is to help avoid the tingles?
