Hi Jordan. I just got my Peri-RX shipment. I’m equally excited about “sour gummy” flavoring as I am about the resulting gainz.
A couple questions:

Do you recommend taking it every day, even on non lifting days? (The alternative would be taking plain Creatine Monohydrate on non-lifting days).

From your nutrition lectures, I understand the exercise/endurance role of some of the supplements in the powder. But can you explain creating a MPS response before working out (which the 1st scoop will do)? Also, if MPS is triggered pre-workout, won’t that affect MPS response from the scoop taken post workout?

Should I wait three hours post second scoop to eat again for a MPS response?
