peri rx

I recently ordered peri rx. i have a question on how best to use the supplement. I am currently rerunning strength 1. I am training 6 days a week:

Monday - lifting day 1
Tuesday - gpp
Wednesday - lifting day 2
Thursday - gpp
Friday - lifting day 3
Saturday - light gpp

The peri rx says it is 30 servings. If I take it before and after every workout it will last a little over two weeks, however I am hoping to make the container last a whole month. To do this I have a couple ideas:

  1. take the supplement before every workout session, but nor after, or
  2. take the supplement before and after training but only on lifting days

what would you recommend? does it matter?

If it were me and I was forced to choose, I’d take it before and after each lifting day. Otherwise, I’d take it everyday and take some creatine and beta alanine separate from it for a second dose.

While on the subject of Peri Rx, I’ve been using it for a while now and take it pre/post lifting days and once on my endurance training days. But does creatine have any positive effects on endurance training (running, combat sports, etc)?

What does “directly before” a workout look like–few minutes? 30 minutes? Or while I’m training? Thanks
