Going forward

Hi

Firstly, I would like to thank you for lots of help and good templates.
So at Agust 2nd I and my girlfriend did a bench deadlift only meet, and after that, we did the Strength 1 Template and we did a meet today.
It was a good meet we had a good progress in this 13 week I think, my girlfriend won her weight class (72) and overall junior category, I became 6th in 105 kg category. For our first meet, I think it was great.
So my question is what should we do next? We don’t know yet our next meet, but I’m thinking of something about next March so we have time to get good progress.
I was thinking like Powerbuilding 1 and then something more specific or I don’t really know yet so that’s why I asking for your help.

Nice job at the meet! Hope you and the GF had fun.

I think what I would do is something like the Powerbuilding I, Hypertrophy I or II, or General S/C until you’re about 13 weeks out from your next meet and then you can hop back on a proper strength program. There are other options of course, but that’s probably what I would do.
