Hello, docs!
So for context my recent program history would be Powerbuilding II > Strengthlifting II (Didn’t do the test week) > (Hypertrophy II nearing the end)
Been wondering what program would be ideal moving forward so need some advice. Should I do powerbuilding II again before running powerlifting II, run powerlifting II straight away or should I try powerbuilding III before powerlifting II (I assume I’d have to forgo one of either program’s week 13)? Having a hard time deciding considering I haven’t tested my maxes in more than a year.

Sorry for the late reply.
I’m actually torn between going straight for a program to test my maxes since I haven’t done them in more than a year and a half.
What’s stopping me from doing them is the idea of doing a lower-intensity program to work on my deadlift. I got the notion that I wanted to start deadlifting with a flat back.
So I thought I could do powerbuilding II/III as a time frame to work on my deadlift before going for Powerlifting II though I’m not entirely sure if its necessary.
On a side note, how long would it take to adapt from a somewhat round back to a flat back deadlift?

Sorry for the late reply.
First off, Hypertrophy II has been fun, I lost 2kg (though I wasn’t focused on weight loss) I did add quite a bit on my squat (295 to 315 8@9) and bench (175 to 185 8@9)
