Templates!

Hi, how are you?

I write with the intent of knowing what templates I should be running. I was first thinking of starting with the__ Hypertrophy 2__ while also gaining some body weight (can I run it back to back but in a caloric deficit this time?). After Hypertrophy 2, I was planning on either doing Powerlifting 2 or Strength 3. I don’t know what the difference between Powerlifting 2 and Strength 3 is hence why I’m asking. Hey Leon,

Yes, you can run hypertrophy 2 on a deficit if you like.

Powerlifting 2 doesn’t allow the user to select the exercises whereas strength 3 does. Additionally, strength III is a bit more advanced than Powerlifting 2. I’d probably recommend PL II for you.

Thanks for the replies Jordan. Can I run Hypertrophy 2 on a bulk first and then run it again on a deficit and from that move to Powerlifting 2 in a surplus again?
