Template selection

For someone who just completed the PB 1 template and is interested in switching to a more strength-based template, would you recommend doing strength 1 or powerlifting II?

Either would be fine. It really comes down to wanting to lift 3x/wk (Strength I) vs 4x/wk (PL II). Decide that, then pick :slight_smile:
