GPP Endurance Question

I would like to try to do some rucking with a backpack to get ready for hunting season. What would be the best way to program this on the GPP days in the endurance template?

I don’t think I would recommend (nor do you need to) this unless you’re very deconditioned.

Basically, there are no incentives to get better at rucking for hunting season in addition to the general improvements that are already occurring because further training would need to be highly specific for minimal payoff.
